However, since digital products cannot be physically returned, we have set the following Refund Policy to address refund requests fairly and transparently.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

✔ Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchase the same digital asset twice, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
✔ Technical Issues – If the downloaded file is corrupt, missing essential components, or does not work as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours, you may request a refund.
✔ Incorrect File Delivery – If you receive the wrong file due to an error on our part, we will provide the correct file or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

❌ Change of Mind – We do not issue refunds if you simply change your mind after purchasing the product.
❌ Download and Use – If the file has been downloaded and used, refunds are not applicable unless the product is faulty.
❌ Incompatibility Issues – It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their software before purchase. Refunds will not be issued for software incompatibility issues.
❌ Unauthorized Sharing – If we detect that the product has been shared, distributed, or resold, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request.
❌ Late Refund Requests – Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Time

Approved Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Refunds may take longer depending on your payment provider’s policies.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us for a resolution, we reserve the right to ban your account and prevent future purchases from our platform.
